Moritz Rüter,

After training as an emergency paramedic, he studied part-time management in emergency response. His additional voluntary work in an aid organization describes his passion for crises and how to deal with them. The mix of theoretical knowledge and practical experience strengthens his profile. A system is good when it finds answers to emerging challenges and constantly improves itself. These requirements can only be found through dialogue. They must be practical, but also theoretically sound. This is precisely why he is a valued conversation partner with young, fresh ideas! Sometimes the approach of "we've always done it this way" has to be broken with young, dynamic solutions.

Wahid Samimy,

is a lawyer and certified PR consultant (dapr). As head of communications for a state ministry, press spokesperson for a federal ministry and a federal authority, campaigner for a renewable energy company, and lecturer and tutor for crisis communication, one thing quickly became clear to him. There is never a single best way in the field of communication. Complex communicative contexts are not linear. Every crisis is different, and yet you can make right and wrong decisions that do not just depend on lucky or unlucky circumstances. Between structural constraints, a lack of motivation to act rationally, the rapid diffusion and shifting of action goals, and affective-emotional states, it is usually necessary to react quickly. It requires an adapted strategy, always comprehensible and consistent actions, the necessary tools combined with the right networks. This mixture has become a passion for him. You can see that at every opportunity.
